       My food photography reflects my detail-oriented nature. I notice the little things and strive to make every specific element a seamless piece of a larger composition. The meticulous part of my personality is what drew me to this style. One of my favorite parts about photography as a whole is creating interesting compositions. For that reason, I love having full creative control over how I arrange food in my photos; the lighting and composition is completely up to me. My style is clean and simple. I focus on making the food look appetizing while creating a compelling arrangement. 

 

       My pursuit of working with food was rooted in the opportunity to try something new. Behind the lens, there is a wide variety of styles offered in this art form. I want to explore as many of them as possible. Food photography felt so unique from any other niche and I fell in love with the artistic freedom and compositional opportunities that it provided.
